We look at the room before we quote
You tell us which room is giving you trouble. We come and look at it, work out what it needs, and send you an itemised quote for that room rather than a figure off a price list.
That is deliberate. Half an hour in the room beats guessing at it from a photograph, and there is nothing to pay for that half hour either way.
It is also why you get a fixed fitting date rather than a window. If you go ahead, you know when we are coming.

Forty years working in people’s homes
Air conditioning is a newer direction for us, and it is better to be clear about that than dress it up.
Our lead engineer, Ian, has been a plumber and heating engineer for over forty years. So we are new to air conditioning as a business, not new to turning up at somebody’s house, doing skilled installation work and treating their home properly.
Knowing how a house actually heats is what makes the difference on a room the boiler never quite reaches. The rooms that give people trouble have usually been fought over already — a conservatory with a radiator in it that never quite works, a loft room at the far end of the pipework, a garden room with a plug-in heater in the corner because nothing else reaches it.
Forty years of plumbing and heating is forty years of standing in rooms like that and working out why they behave the way they do. Air conditioning is a different appliance, but it is the same question, and sizing a system for a room means understanding the room first.
Qualification
F‑Gas registered
Every engineer who works on your system is on the UK F‑Gas Register. F‑Gas registration is the legal requirement for anyone handling refrigerant — the gas sealed inside an air conditioning system, which has to be contained properly when a system is installed, when it is serviced, and when it is eventually taken away.
In practice it means the work is done by someone certified to do it, and that the system can be serviced and disposed of without anyone having to sort out a problem later.
